The estimate of vehicle repairs is written by our experienced estimators. From the estimate that was written, we will be able to give you an estimated time frame of repairs. |
Once the estimate is completed, the body shop negotiates terms with the insurance company. The insurance company then determines if the vehicle is repairable. |
Your vehicle is disassembled and re-inspected for any hidden damage. Inner structure repairs are determined; many times this will require insurance re-inspection and ordering additional parts if approved from insurance. |
The required parts for your vehicle are ordered and checked for availability. Any additional orders are placed as soon as possible. The repair process can not begin until the shop receives all the structural parts. Once received the process begins. |
In the Structural Repair area, the unitized body is returned back to the factory specification. A frame machine is used to pull the structure and measure the frame damage of the vehicle. |
The collision repairs applies the primer, sealant, and corrosion protection. The technician will inspect the repairs and sent to the paint department when cleared from the technician they will prep it for paint. |
The vehicle is masked and taped to prevent over spray. All panels are then prepped, primed, and sealed to assure good adhesion when the final top color and clear coats of paint are applied. |
Final moldings and detail pieces are put back on the vehicle. All the vehicle's systems are checked during this process. Final inspection is completed. |
Your vehicle will be washed and road tested to ensure that everything is working properly. A final inspection will assure that the vehicle meets your expectations. |
The body shop staff will notify you that your vehicle is ready for pick up. When you arrive to pick up your vehicle, the bill is explained and the final paperwork is completed. |
