Recently, as part of Subaru's Share the Love event, Santa Monica Subaru had the great pleasure of helping out with Meals On Wheels West, a wonderful organization dedicated to providing healthy food and services promote independent living for the home-bound.  We would like to thank RoseMary Regalbuto, President and CEO of Meals On Wheels West (pictured above with Santa Monica Subaru owner, Ron Davis), for helping organize the event with us and for the refreshing enthusiasm with which she conducted her business. 

I think we can all agree that the most rewarding, enriching and fulfilling part of this experience was the smiles we brought to each stop on our route.  They were some of the kindest people we have ever come across, such that it's almost a shame we were only able to spend so brief a time with them before we had to move on to the next house.  Then again, perhaps that is a good thing, as it left us wanting more, and has certainly sparked a desire in this blogger to do more volunteer work for this organization in the future.
